Still Life inspired by Caravaggio

Inspired by Art - Still Life, at home shoot (20/11/20)

I used Adobe Bridge to make contact sheets. The labelling system is: red images are poor, green images are ideal, yellow are mediocre, and blue need editing. For the first dozen or so images in the shoot my camera was on AWB and that was too warm so I switched it to a colder custom one.

For some of the images labelled red the shadows falling behind the objects were off, or there was an unwanted shadow in the top left from the shade on my lamp. In a lot of shots the orientation was a couple of degrees off, or the framing of the items was too high, which meant that the camera’s central focus neglected some of the items in the lowest area of the image.
