I spent last night wallowing in self misery & swapped actual dinner for coffee. I'm grieving, I'm heartbroken, I want nothing more than to take a xanax & a nap. . . But instead, I'm planning out my next topics, I'm drafting outlines for videos, & I'm plugging away at my #9to5. . . I woke up this morning & stared at the ceiling, debating whether or not to call out & take a #selfpity day. But I got up, walked my dogs, put on some #Kpop & danced in my living room. . . I gave myself last night to cry, wail, be a pathetic sad sack & really feel the pain. That was the deal. One night to cry it out, then it's time to be a #badbitch again. Otherwise, it can take me over. . . I find that one day of self pity is what works best for me to get it out then get back on track. There's not much (besides like, the death of a loved one, obvs) that should require more of your energy. But you also don't want to bottle it up. This isn't a #goodvibesonly & toxic positivity page. Give yourself time to feel it, get it out. Cry, scream, angry sing (maybe all at the same time), but in the next couple days, you need to get your ass up & be #gangsta. awakening ur inner bad bitch

Step 1: confidence 

believing in urself, knowing ur worth, showing urself off and dont be shy about it. when you put time into ur makeup + hair and building urself up you will feel unstoppable.

remember, it take time to evolve into a bad bitch. ur gonna compare urself to other bitches for a minute, but so you’ll grow out of that mentality. practice makes perfect.

being a bad bitch is really about knowing urself. the best of you, the worst of you + accepting all of it for what it is. once u believe in urself ur aura will reflect ur mentality and others will be attracted to it.

its doint little things that make you feel good about you. go out and get ur nails done. do ur makeup. do whatever will make u confident and love urself more.

Step 2: ur opinion is the only one that matters

people will tell you dont do this, dont do that, and then they will turn around and do it themselves. if you let other people opinions affect you, you are not going to elevate to the level you desire to achieve.

Step 3: uplifting other women 

jus seeing the way these two women were complimenting + encouraging each other, ugh i just wanted to cry. bad bitches flourish with sisterhood, so if ur elevating in life be sure to bring ur sisters along for the ride so u all can be bad bitches together.

if you see a pretty girl on the street ... reaffirm her confidence. 

Step 4: respect

know ur value. knowing whats good for you and whats not good for you. the best way i can think of this is knowing how others energies affect you. if its something that causes you to second guess urself or ur intentions, u dont need em.

Once you practice it it becomes natural.
