This week's excitement surrounding @oneoeight.tv has my body sleeping less and jumping more. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I'm inspired by everyone involved and supporting this beautiful online community. Every guide hand-chosen in love and you can really feel the delicate care and dedication from each person. The site is officially live! Have you checked it? If you would've told me 3 1/2 years ago that I would meet, practice, write, share, give, and teach yoga through the @instagram community, I would've thought you were playing a silly joke. I still feel like I need to be pinched (so here's a pincha, wink). I often feel like this platform has created some truly unique, inspiring, freeing, and limitless possibilities for so many people. I'm honored to be a #oneOeight guide and I'm in awe of the messages, the views, requests for more, and everything that is circling and growing from the culmination of love to give back to the online community. Thank you for practicing with me; I am looking forward to sharing, creating, and giving - in person, online, and wherever we go. Together we grow, together we go. Thank you, tribe!
