Our servers for the night, Gabriel, James, and Phoenix were honestly some of the best I've ever had, and I'm a food, wine and travel writer, so I've been to a few spots in my day. Exceptional was James with his wine recommendation for my lamb. Phoenix was very knowledgeable on the spirits. When I asked him what was in my smoked old fashioned he explained it as if it were something in a fine art gallery, not just something to imbibe. I could see it in his expressions and feel it in his words how he enjoyed his craft.
