"Little luxuries and simple pleasures are what keep me going on a daily basis. A regular, long soak in the tub is essential for my sanity. Red lipstick is the best 'concealer' for tiredness. Above all, having the love, support and...understanding of my Husband, family & friends. Motherhood can be a lonely place at times. I went 5 solid days and nights without a wink of sleep and had a breakdown from Anxiety. After my daughter finally came home from multiple stays in SCBU and Children's Wards, I was at a hugely heightened state of anxiousness.
