Tamagotchi Pix Manual Finally Posted to Tamagotchi.com!
The moment we’ve all been waiting for since the update to Tamagotchi.com introducing the Tamagotchi Pix. Bandai has finally posted a link to the official Tamagotchi Pix instruction manual! The manual is currently only available in english on the website, but we’re sure the other languages will follow. Much to our surprise, and super on brand with pictures, this will be the first Tamagotchi manual published in color!
The instruction manual reveals some new goodies too! You’ll find a description of what each icon in the menu is for, new graphics, new touch gestures, and apparently the ability to put your Tamagotchi character to sleep, and even view their dreams on demand.
Other features we are super excited for include “E-Shop”, the ability to order items and have them delivered right in your living space.
The “Sitter” feature will cost 100 Gotchi points and will watch your Tamagotchi character, keep them happy and healthy. The sitter is only available from 7:00AM through 6:55PM as long as your hunger and happy meters are not at zero.
We are super excited to see that the backyard, now known as the garden will feature some trees and even allow you to harvest fruit, items, and even accessories It looks like you’ll be responsible for watering the trees once a day, and as they grow you will be able to harvest all sorts of items to store in your fridge, and item box.
We finally get insight into the last two mini games on the Tamagotchi Pix, and we must say they look so cute! Apparently these games are called “room mini games”, we would assume that they are not in the arcade, but are from the living space. The first one is “Cooking Room” where you must move left and right where you need to get into the red to succeed! Your Tamagotchi character will be creating some delicious food within three tries, and the food created will be stored in your fridge. The second game is “Performance Room”, pressing any button within the time limit to make hearts appear is key as your Tamagotchi character performs. The more hearts you make the higher the excitement gauge will rise!
Lastly, we finally get a glimpse into what the goodbye graphics will look like. Remember this was a big feature of the Tamagotchi Pix. Your Tamagotchi character will not die of old age, only sickness. Four days after growing into adulthood you’ll create a photo album to say goodbye as they head back to Tamagotchi Planet and send back another egg!
