I'm taking baby steps with this diet and my aim for the first week is twofold:
Eat breakfast every day (I never used to be able to leave the house without having breakfast but these days I find it difficult to eat for a couple of hours after getting up) and take other meals are proper times (I'm bad for eating at silly times)
Get into a routine of taking the Nutraceuticals from Insulite when I'm supposed to
Here's what 3 months of Insulite looks like:
I'll talk more about what each pot includes and how many I have to take in a future post.
It felt like a mammoth task taking so many pills over the course of a day...I hardly had room for food. Maybe that's the point - you're so full of supplements that you can't eat much else.
I also had to increase my water intake. I drink a lot of water every day but I never felt like I'd drunk enough today. I assume that's due to my body adjusting to all the new supplements (plus your body needs plenty of water to deliver the vitamins and minerals where they're needed).
By the end of the day I had a killer headache and found it hard to sleep, but I did manage to stick to the routine without any problems. Hooray!
