「 里  」               the girl was honestly surprised by her neighbor’s positive reaction ( and how attractive she is; but don’t tell her that. minori definitely doesn’t want to creep out a nice neighbor! ). she smiles then muttered a soft “ thank you “ and bowed — which she usually hates — both to repay the woman’s enthusiasm and warmth and to mask her own astonishment. minori gives the interior a glance or two as she enters the house, leaving her slippers to the side. ‘ wow. her place is so nice and neat... unlike a specific someone, hah. ‘ even though they still barely know each other, minori thinks that lottie definitely seems like the adult her parents would want her to be — attractive, polite, responsible, and just overall lovely. now that she thinks about it, lottie is kind of making her feel bad.
