“I’ll eat vegetables, that’s no problem. Salad is just..” her voice trails off as her expression turns sour -- her nose crinkled up and a frown was now prominent upon her features. “Salad is just so gross. I can’t eat leaves, it’s just dry and takes forever to swallow. I’ve yet to have a good salad.”

As the phrase said by the male sank in, she could sense a slight bit of irritation in his monotonous voice. It was the day after Christmas, where gifts enveloped with fancy wrappers were meant to be opened, yet unfortunately due to her scatterbrained nature as well as a crammed schedule during the holiday seasons, she had then left the male’s nimbly wrapped gift at the side of her bed, only to discover it on midnight. She had then made her way down to the male’s residential site on Boxing Day itself to deliver it personally, in a black coat and having her features hidden behind a face mask and a beanie. Being in a particularly pleasant mood that day, she offered to assist the younger one out in unwrapping the presents, only to find herself overly thrilled after a few moments later. Her signature hysterical laughter was audible, where she’d begin spouting out bad puns and speak about embarrassing memories they both had shared before— obviously oblivious to his unusual silence. The initial cheeky smile morphed into a stoic expression as she came to a realization that Taehyung was probably vexed at the queer side that she had rarely expose to him. Pressing her lips together, she placed the gift that she intended to unwrap for him down to the floor, before rising up to her feet.

“Alright. I’ll get you a cup of coffee.. if that’s what you’d like?”

Its not often Juliette gets called back to the program she worked for when she taught Japanese. After all her schedule was always booked with something, but due to the fact a teacher had her child Juliette was on call. A smile played on her lips as she sat across from a young man, “So, how far have you gotten in your studies? You teacher didn’t leave me much to go off of I’m afraid.”

They weren’t close but did speak whenever they passed each other at her college, or whenever they were in the same classes. That’s besides the point of the matter, hearing how they were up to no good had her somewhat worried– which was also weird to her. She never really cared about anyone unless they were close with her to a certain point, but he seemed like a sweet and nice guy, but then again you can never judge a book by its cover.

WALKING OUT FROM THE CLASS holding her books within her arms as she walked passed him speaking.  ❝ I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Why get into trouble when you know it wouldn’t be the best thing. I mean you don’t have to listen, but don’t be a dumbass.❞ SHRUGGING her shoulders while walking out of the doors of the school, she didn’t bother to say anything else while making her way out. She moved her fingers through her hair while yawning lightly.
