Following up my day trip for a shoot. Take your bag on your back to increase the weight for your push-up!
You may wonder why I´m telling and showing you all that stuff. I just wanna tell you how quick and easy it is to involve some moving in your day. Even when you travel.
It´s the same for me like for you: Besides my personal coaching I have to travelling for business, for modelling, have to do paper work and so on.
No excuses anymore. There´s always a place to work out. Even at a train station:)
Remember It´s about your dody! Your health!
Longrée P.C. says “it´s about you”. Just move!
PS: This excuse won´´t count: Dirty ground. I had a newspaper in frot for the push-up. Did 1.000 that day. No other workout.
