These are some of my favorite Pokemon. I've had an Arcanine in both Shield and Let's Go Eevee, names Hestia and Athena respectively. I picked Sobble as my starter for shield and I love Intelion. Amped Toxtricity is my favorite overall. Mine could blow just about anything away with Boomburst. I'm working through completing my Pokedex in Pokemon Shield right now and I'm having a lot of fun. I can't wait until the expansion releases. I also play Pokemon GO and my friend code is 1292 2843 9424 if anyone wants to add me.
I love them :)
So, not to be dramatic but I would die for Intelion at this point.
Team SWSH
Doodle dump of the Pokemon I used to beat Shield. My starter, Tristan the Intelion. I really liked the Sobble and Scorbunny evolution lines. Both go from cute babies to emo middle schoolers to super cool professional sportsmon (Cinderace) and cool super spy (Intelion). My favorite move of Intelion's was Snipe Shot. It looked really cool. Vikki, my Thievul, and Judy, my Bolthund. I was glad these two never really went at each other like I expected they might, being natural enemies. Hestia, my Arcanine turned out to be my main go-to for catching in the wild area. She seemed to level a little slower than the rest of the team, so I kept using her to get her to catch up on exp. Equipping her with the metal crown helped too. I had to wander around the mine for a little while to get Henry as a Drillbur, but he really carried his weight, especially once he learned Earthquake and Metal Claw. Axel evolved into an Amped Toxtricity. I love my Poison/Electric punk rocker spiky boy. He one-hit KO'ed a bunch of opponents with his Boomburst. I think he and Tristan became good friends because they talked a lot in camp, though I never got the dialogue of them caring a lot about each other when I talked with either of them. I added Jewel, my Gardevior, and Eret, my Haxorus evolved from an Axew to help me get through some of the later gyms. Other highlights from the game:
-I LOVED camping. I loved watching my Pokemon race, I loved cooking for them, playing with them and all of that. -This was the second Pokemon game I've ever played. The first was Let's Go Eevee (unless you count Pokemon GO). I'm glad they introduced the fast travel system early on. Though I missed having one of my Pokemon walk around with me like in Let's Go Eevee. -Fun new (to me anyway) Pokemon I liked: The Toxel line, Yamper and Nickit lines, the Galaran Zigzagoon line, Wooloo (though I think a lot of the fan speculations of its evolution were much better than Dubwool), Pincurchin (awesome name), Galaran Wheezing, Copperajah, Cramorant, Sinistea/Polteageist, and of course the legendaries, Zacian and Zamazenta.
