having what others would see as odd or intense stim sessions/stims
now this. we have intense stim sessions. we stim sometimes that seems loud, intense, aggressive etc. like its hurting us. and sometimes it does. not purposely. intense stim doesn't auto mean self injurious stimming, though we do that too.
well some alters have it (intense stim sessions) more than others. when we are alone, mostly, but sometimes around our MH team. even happen in our family a couple times and they told us we need to calm down. we do it to release energy, or feeling a large overwhelming emotion. or multiple emotions. sometimes we suppress our stims, and the next alter that fronts needs a intense stim session. anyways as long as you're not hurting yourself, do those loud, or intense stims.
