"Floor Time" ( gentlesoulcd , for aaron )
Send "Floor Time" to find my muse lying on the floor.
The floor was not the most productive place to be, but Aaron had promised his sister that he'd at least try to get back into meditation. Something about how he needed some kind of routine, and that had been neglecting his mental health while spending too much time running all over the city cleaning up after a particularly troublesome Brit.
Corpse pose was the worst, just lying there until he couldn't handle his own thoughts anymore. At least with most yoga he could slow his healing to a crawl and focus on the strain in his muscles, but this one didn't offer that luxury.
The sound of someone entering the room was quiet, but enough, and so Aaron didn't get up right away. Better to encourage healthy habits in the kids, even if he struggles with it himself.
"Can y' wait a mo' 'fore y'turn up th' lights? 'm 'bout done. Just waitin' 'till th' song ends." The song in question was some gentle peaceful thing with flutes and whatever else, something he's sure would bring forth ridicule from certain vigilantes, but the footsteps were wrong for that, so hopefully he was safe. "Y'lookin f'r me, 'r wantin' th' room?"
