There's such a ridiculous amount of stairs in the front of this 1972 house in Nashville, TN that they must use the back entrance, exclusively. 3bds, 4ba, 4,800 sq ft, $2.395m. I love the interior, though.

If, by some chance, you do use the front door, there's a rounded hallway, which is a lovely feature.

The doors open to a small dividing wall that has tile "carpet" with the house numbers in mosaics. So unique.

Archways around the hall open to a central living room with a lovely fireplace.

In one corner of the sitting room there's a dining area. I love the way they did this.

There is also a another long room outside the sitting room that's beautifully decorated.

Look at the fabulous gold fireplace.

And, if you're feeling like something more traditional, you can choose this sitting room.

It's actually a part of the primary suite and double doors open to the bedroom.

The door to the left is the ensuite, which is large, but not ridiculously huge.

Access the closet from the ensuite or the bedroom.

In this hallway that leads to the other bedrooms there's a walrus. I wonder if he conveys.

The two secondary bedrooms are decorated alike and they're lovely. This is one of them.

This bath is shared by the 2 smaller bedrooms.

This room is a playroom, but it could definitely be a nursery or small child's room.

Then, there's also a very colorful sun room.

The double doors in the sun room open to the whimsical kitchen.

The kitchen's very large.

A narrow deck around the house with a pretty striped awning.

In the fenced yard they have a cute round patio with a fireplace.

In the back there's an elegant guest house.

This is so pretty.

2.19 acre lot.
