will there be a change or update in gui ? i really enjoy the features of the app but the gui is sort of hard to read / navigate for me

Using the default gui and button system that Android understands without "explicitely coding complicated stuff".

It keeps the app lightweighted and for me as coder easier and quicker to work with which is a priority on my end.

Small things will be improved over time but don't expect a giant overhaul since the idea is to keep things "basic".

However if you have specific requests, I am having ears to listen and might do those or not. depending if it fits.

Do you plan to accept imports from Pluralspace? :D

Depends if I can get their imports to work.

We don't use it ourselves so testwise it is doomed to fail + we don't have an import file from theirs to know how their export file is build.

So it is all about depending if it can get to work.

I know you're planning on adding peer-to-peer connection, but what does that mean? What exactly would be shared with other users, and how does it work without the internet? Love the app, thank you for your time.

I've to look into it more. So nothing solid on the P2P except wild dreaming.

What it does; it works like the old Faxes worked or how Bluetooth works now a days. You can send data from one place to another without an external server. The device itself sends the data and received the data directly. The absolute need about this, is that BOTH devices have to be available to share the data with one and another.

But there are a few things I need to look onto more. Ain't doing it if anything is of risk for user privacy. + I don't have experience in the matter. And I rather not take an experiment lightly on it either. and it might be draining dor the battery

But the vision I got in mind is, that you can choose what is shared. The profiles and probably an extra tab in sysmedia too. And fronting.

Wouldn't put hope into it being added. We need to be 100% sure there is no possibility on being hacked in the process or data being stolen, and if it would even work cause both devices need to be available at the time (with the app being open) to receive and send the data. And thus far; it's not what I can guarantee with this concept that it is a good thing to be added.

As long as I can't guarantee anything regarding user safety. It won't be added.

Do you think a feature for system mapping with some kind of mapping for relationships/communication between alters would happen? Honestly it doesn't seem like ANY app has it (removing PluralSpace, that isn't an app) and every single mind mapping app is either buggy, slow or full of AI; It makes me really upset as a DID system because system mapping is such a essential thing for parts work, sure I love beautiful apps, customization and communication gimmicks such as the social media, but it feels a bit like sometimes system apps don't give a lot of space for therapeutic tools that DID systems need (nothing against our endogenic siblings, all love to them! But as a DID system i do miss therapeutic tools a lot :c); Not only relationship mapping (which helps talk about why certain parts communicate better with each other than not), but also front layering (how close people are to front), headspace mapping (to know why certain headmates would be stuck to certain places, it usually speaks a lot on traumatic events), etc... I hope this ask didn't come out as rushy/preachy, I think you're doing an amazing job with your app and it's nice to see features such as "Who am I" for identifying alters and a mood tracker! And I wish you great luck and energy in your development journey!

Relationship mapping is on the to do list.

Mapping innerworld is also on the to do list.

I can't say when I imply those, there are a lot of stuff and it's a complicated one.

This is the current idea-list. No promises that everything will be implied, but those are stuff I got in mind. It will likely expand over time.

The app is generally built to figure out the connections between headmates and encourage communication and discovering and logging also for sharing with therapists through PDF (I admit the PDF is not behaving like I want it, but at least there is some data on it)

If your system has needs, ideas or things to improve, just let me know while you're using it. No promises but I take all options in consideration to figure out if those are doable to add in the long term and how to shape those environments.

In the end I want to make this in my opinion "the best plural app" which covers a great list of needs.

I'm having an issue with the ampersand import where when I put in the file, it keeps asking if it's base64 when ampersands export file is bin? using mobile

I saw you saying that you dont want to publish it on google store because of the privacy concerns and I wonder, what about F-droid? The apps there are more privacy focused and like, fuck google, so maybe you could try there?

Have been looking into F-droid at a few glances. Not yet seriously.

I think Github is for now a decent alternative that works well. Since there have been 46 downloads from there.

Will probably look at F-droid in the future more seriously.

Why are you unable to release the app on the app store?

Google has an impossible checklist to get through.

The verification I am real is something I got through. I had to give in literally everything of my whole identity. (address, wifi decoder/router, driving licence, website, phone contract, energy contract/house rent, pay 25 dollars and the list goes on). It was insane I did that. I just wanted the app in the store and decided to not give a fuck about the body's privacy although it felt alarmingly wrong.

They approved my identity (manually), so someone from google went through all the stuff.

Then second phase was the app. I was trying to upload the app and again google requested things which I'm not a fan of doing. Like code changes in which I can't release APKs around like I currently do, and stuff that I can't be sure the privacy of my users are 100% garanteed. User privacy is a nr. One priority and I want their identity and privacy to be safe. + Ain't wanting to rewrap my entire code just for the sake of google.

Google pissed me off enough to not wantin to be part of their store anymore.

I can get it in the store but it's going against my principes and I'm not doing that.
