hello! will the app ever be available to download without joining the discord? it seems really cool but we don't have a discord account and we dont really want to get one

When we figure it out: yes.
Discord will remain the first priority on releasing every update for as Rey calls it "development speed and bug finding". Other platforms will be for stable-releases only.

Rey was busy to get it into the playstore, after paying google 25dollars and giving them all our information (from driving licence to adress and even our phone contract). We were verified to be real.
However when trying to load the app, they request things from Rey he cannot do. there has to be made some changes in the code that are against Rey's guideline of privacy and user safety among some other things Rey is stubborn in doing so.
So we stopped on the google playstore path.

No news to share about that road yet. But it looks at least better doable.

If Ko-Fi can upload APK files, we will do it there as well. (we haven't tried how Ko-Fi behaves on APK files.)

If there are other options available, we would like to know and be able to consider them, we would like to make good decisions on spreading the app.
