TIME TO EAT SOME INTERNAL CLOCK DUO ART, SILLIES!!
Visited that TC unit that Chief Petty Officer Unamo yelled at.
I figured she needed someone to talk to and a little reassurance that she was doing a good job.
She wasn't feeling great, but I got her in a better mood in no time. We talked. We laughed. She made me some tea and I made sure she got scheduled for an oil bath.
The tea was. . . not great. She definitely steeped it way too long. Turns out, her internal clock was a little off, which impaired her ability to judge time.
I adjusted a few things and fixed her right up. Easy peasy!
See how simple it is to solve a problem when you are kind to someone instead of jumping straight to insults?

Casting Time: 1 action Range: Self Components: S Duration: Up to 1 day Class: Wizard
This spell is a minor time trick. You create one of the following magical effects within range.
You instantly learn the current time, date and year.
You instantly know the number of hours left before the next sunrise or sunset.
You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard within the past 12 hours.
You record a short, 25 word mental note that lasts for up to 24 hours. You promptly forget the contents of the note, yet you’re aware that a mental note was made. You set a designated time within the duration of the spell to remember the mental note.
You touch an object and set a timer that lasts for up to 24 hours. A mental alarm, regardless of your location, alerts you with a ping in your mind when the timer is up.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to five of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
man, going into work on the weekend (and having to get up at 5:30am to do so [two days in a row]) really messes with your internal clock i’ve been thinking it’s tuesday all day, plus time really draags throughout the day [when you’re up so early]

I WAS JUST IN THE BATH FOR 6 HOURS
