I don't know if this will get any attention or what
but does anyone out there know any basic nutrition courses? Internationally recognised, ab course.
I have always been interested in food. I have diplomas in food prep and am qualified as a chef.. I don't want to be a chef, but I would like to work with food. I want to do a mini course in nutrition, and see how I do with it before moving onto something bigger. I don't have a lot of money at the moment, not to waste at least, but if I find something substantial I'm willing to spend a decent amount.
I've looked around on the net, but there are sooo many dodgy looking sites, I just don't know where to begin. It seems to vary between "oh you don't need to have any qualifications, just an interest... and money ;)" to "you need a BSc in physiology and bioscience and a doctorate in zoology, preferably also a PhD in astrology" how to find a nice middle D:
I'd like to do something serious so that I can potentially move onto getting a big, proper adult degree.
So yes. Please if anyone out there has any suggestions. I'll give you so much love forever.
