Found Between Stars

Found Between Stars is my free scifi romance novella. If you’re looking for an actiony, hurt/comfort, romantic read, you can find it on amazon and smashwords and just about everyone ebooks are.

Atlas escaped Vester, a mining planet turned pirate outpost. He found a better life on a space station, but he never meant to find that life without her. He never meant to leave without Josephine. And despite escaping, he was never able to go far from the planet where he lost her. Six long cycles later and he still can’t forget her—not that he ever really tried. And then he gets a call that Josephine—his Josephine, the one he saw die—has been found on a pirate spacecraft leaving Vester. She’s alive. Which means he didn’t just leave without her but that he left her alone on one of the most dangerous planets in the galaxy. Now that he has her back, Atlas can’t ignore something still looming over their heads, something more than guilt and the stretch of cycles that separate their joined past and fractured present. If he wants a future with her, he’s going to have to figure out what’s going on before it’s too late.

I finally finished Adventure Time and I cried.

Like, not a little bit.

Oh friends. I just sent an email to a publisher to check in on a query because their site says they will respond either way and it’s been a while.

All the logic says to check in, because anything could happen and it could have been lost! Worst case scenario, they just let me know that it’s a pass.

But my introvert brain/heart/skin/guts are all like, “Nope. You’re bothering people. That silence is a polite hell no. You should just leave them alone.”

But I climbed out of my introvert brain/heart/skin/guts and did the thing anyway because I really really want to write books! A lot of books! This is not going to be the last query adventure...

Just realized I put Fab 5 on in the background today while I was prepping for and now doing outgoing things because I needed those voices telling other people that yes, they deserve to take up space and do things and just fucking exist.

Now I’m feeling way too much and like I want to hug and pep talk everyone I see...
