A snarky little wip by me, based on this legendary interaction.
I just finished up leading a volunteer department at SHIFT festival in the desert (almost) 24 hours a day for (almost) six days. I was physically fine, but on day five I was no longer able to hold conversations (AuDHD burn out?) and needed half a day to recover. My work is all about walking around and talking with people.
And then I see this.
"I believe that the best leaders are ones who are are skilled in leading people but also aren’t going after power. I feel like these sentiments align with each other."
"I have a theory that the majority of DJs are actually introverts, with cats. That's why we like being on the stage where we can be AROUND people but not actually have to interact with them. This is the origin of the "greenroom"."
