The REAL Inuyasha spinoff should have been about Inunotaisho , Inuyasha father.

I mean how ol would have ben to see do era Inu papa in his hey day and how his relationships and life panned out. this can easily be a 6 season show or more.

I would start off with him as a child then into the grown man we know him to be at his death.

meeting yoga, a full fight between him and ryukotsuie, meeting Insane, meeting InuKimi and how they broke up

Long time no see!

Have you heard ot already? 2000s are coming back. Takahashi Rimiko is onto making a spinoff to "Inu Yasha" named "Yashahime: the Half-Demon Princess". To me, it's gonna be Boruto 2.0, but of course I will watch it, since I miss my inu-brothers too much. I mean, Sesshoumaru having kids? I will have to endure it at first, for sure lol.

Second news is much better. "Shaman king" is having a reboot. Let's be honest - this anime needs a reboot more than any other. The promises are to make it as close to manga as possible, FMA:B style. And I say YES PLEASE. So many awesome, sad, funny, epic, heartbreaking and inspiring moments I want to see animated. Also Kondansha is a pretty good studio.

So this inspired me to draw my faves from those titles and... a little bonus. Because we all know how much Dio and Lucciola cared for each other.

Sesshomaru & Rin did NOT have a father/daughter relationship.

RIN WAS NOT HIS DAUGHTER.She was his ward. What father leaves his young daughter alone often AND let her go off to look for her own food. Most ya’ll saying/seeing that they had a father/daughter relationship bcuz Rin was a child while Sesshomaru was an adult. That doesn’t automatically make them parent & child. It was even implied that Rin had a crush/romantic feelings for him. I seen a post that majority of the Inuyasha fandom seen them as father & daughter. FALSE. SessRin has a big fanbase and shown in plenty of fanfiction.

The original show went over the course of a year(ish) THEN Sessshomaru left Rin to be be raised by Kaede (who became her family) in the village with Inuyasha. Even the writer acknowledged SessRin (CD Dramas). WHAT OTHER HUMAN WOULD SESSHOMARU BE WITH? Have HANYOU children with? Rin obviously GREW UP. Then they reunited. She was the one who opened his heart and stopped him from being a villain. Their bond is why he was able to use use Tenseiga and lead him to awaken/make Bakusaiga. 

BTW if people wanna bring up the age gap let it be known that Inuyasha’s and Sessshomaru’s father was around 1000 years old. Inuyasha’s mother was human. Inuyasha himself was 200 yet Kagome was 15-19. ALSO the mange/anime mainly look place in FEUDAL JAPAN.

If I waited this long for an Inuyasha spin-off, suffering through years and years of slow burn and love triangles, just to have Kagome be dead— I will tear Rumiko’s body in half.
