So I'm watching the Eclipse with my mom and it has me wondering if this event would have a effect on Inuyasha and possibly his transformation. It'd be interesting to see what would happen.

Yashahime op changes?
So some eagle-eyed fans pointed out a detail from the opening of Yashahime which might just mean something. I tried it out for myself and I think the animators are on to something lol.
I paused the same part of the opening for every odd-numbered Yashahime episode and that each time, we see a little bit more of Inuyasha. Not only that, in the opening from episode 5 there are some slight but noticeable changes in both Inuyasha and Sesshomaru’s expressions, particularly their eyes. I don’t know if Inuyasha’s eyebrow was deliberately cut off this time or not, but Sesshomaru’s eyes are now more closed and you can see his eyelids now. It almost feels like we’re getting closer to something and I’m really excited to see how this transitions with the rest of the series.
So if Towa was raised by Sota, does that mean he is aware shes half demon? Cause he saw some shit whenever Inuyasha came over, so you think he found this four year old girl and was like "hmmm... this feels familiar. Hey, you wouldn't happen to know a guy named Inuyasha?"
"That's my uncle."
"Of course he is."
Yashahime Theories~
I’m having fun theorizing with everyone. Having episode 6, here are some of my ideas: The enemy:
I think the real antagonist is just between Yotsume or Treekyo - if they are not connected in some ways. Heck, they are both manipulative.
On Yotsume: Yotsume is just playing the henchman role to keep tabs on everyone. He's like the one setting everyone up, including Kirinmaru (if he is as innocent as what Myoga claims). We did not see him watching everyone on episode 1 for nothing. He did not just happen to be on the tree while Root Head attacks. He probably set it up. Root Head being shot by Kikyo's sacred arrow is 'something'. If Kikyo wasnt able to kill it once, the Inu gang cant as well on the second try, then there's something fishy about it. Perhaps related to sealing. Probably related to why everyone is missing. Yotsume is plotting something from the very beginning - that one 'path''. In my theory, he disguised as 'Miroku' to tell Setsuna the chant to lead her on that path. Miroku from the original series, as the monk he is, never said any chants like that. And to know who child Setsuna is (when Myoga and Kohaku don’t, based on the recent episodes they both knew it from someone else) and tell her a random chant like that is suspicious.
On Treekyo: The Tree of Ages borrowing Kikyo's form (because of the sacred arrow that pinned Inuyasha) feels like a half-truth and a weak reasoning. It's probably more of a manifestation of Root Head's desire for Kikyo -this Root Head, who as we see on episode 4, is latching itself on the tree of ages. But this Treekyo can control him whenever she wants. Sus! This is in contrast to what we all initially assume that this demon is corrupting and controlling the Tree. But Root Head is stupid iykwim, I think the Tree of Ages allowed it to attach its self to 'her' to extend her 'roots' or aka.. power? And the fact that Rin is inside the tree and Sesshomaru is not threatening Treekyo or something, says a lot. He's damn smart to trust someone and just lose control or give up. Both of them know they are using each other for their own gain - Rin is protected in stasis, Treekyo can't be destroyed by Bakusaiga? Also, the fire that separated the twins. I think Sesshomaru has something to do with it at least, resulting Treekyo to 'wake up' Root Head to absorb Towa as punishment, to separate him from one of his daughters. I also agree with the theory that Sesshomaru took care of his kids. That on the fire incident, he was only able to save Setsuna. All in all, Treekyo seems to be playing the ‘mediator’ part or the ‘Buddha’ part, I really can’t fully place it if good or bad since she is a new character. But then again she’s leading the girls towards the ‘path’... Thinking back, Shikon Jewel manifested a dark side too.. We need more details.
On Kirinmaru: I can’t even start with him since we don’t have enough information yet. For now, I think he’s being framed and manipulated. Treekyo be pointing fingers on him.
Dream Butterfly:
I have this 'dramatic’ theory where child Setsuna willingly offered her dreams to the Dream Butterfly and asked her father how to be strong so she could find Towa and help daddy save mommy (then daddy shares some mokomoko). I think Sesshomaru trusts his daughters to do the right thing just like how Toga trusted him and Inuyasha with the swords.
Up next: (will update when I have the time)
-Moroha is kinda fishy (with her debt, deflects the topic, knows Sesshomaru) -Sesshomaru theories -Inu gang whereabouts theory -Towa and Setsuna were taken care of -The fire -Degenerate Age and more Treekyo -All roads lead to Rome.. Osamu Kirin -Possible endgame
Maybe I am wrong about my theory, but I really don't think that Yotsume (four eyed owl youkai) is an evil character at all. I mean, he had the opportunity to attack InuYasha's gang and even the girls, but he didn't do it. He was more like "gathering and sharing information" in my point of view...
Moroha and Setsuna are used to hunt youkais and I don't think they talk to the youkais before slaying them. Maybe this is the reason that Yotsume helped to kidnap Towa, since she was kind of "new" to their world, and he would have a chance to know more and even create an opportunity to tell what he knows since Yotsume was there when the Roothead attacked the village (and perhaps during others major events, like the fire in the woods and what happened to the InuGroup).
I mean, owl is the symbolism of wisdom and he worked as a counselor for that human man... In my thoughts it is pretty clear that he has a lot of knowledge and is curious about things and if he had an evil inclination he would show us from the start, right?
Anyway, I am anxious for the rest of this story! One episode per week is quite annoying... But I am glad that they decided to make a continuation for InuYasha! Lot of love for you, Sunrise!
Sorry for my typos!
So I’m gonna get a little nerdy over the Inuyasha sequel and give one of my theories about who banged Sesshomaru...:
So mirouku dies in battle and she is very sad but doesn’t fall apart in front of her kids. She stays strong, like she always does. She’s a tough cookie. One night it’s all too much, so she runs into the woods and breaks down. She screams and cries, thinking she’s alone, when suddenly arms wrap around her. She turns ready to kill, but it’s Sesshomaru, and she freezes.
He asks what he can do to ease her pain and she’s like make love to me or fuck me into oblivion, something like that. His instant internal thought is “fucking ew.” But then he’s like sango is really good at killing things, and she’s quiet. Hottest human ever.
They have a wild night and she’s like this can never happen again... and he’s like “did this bitch really just tell me no more for me... no more for you bitch!” He leaves not to return for several years.
Sango has the babies but when one of them looks just like Sesshomaru, but the other somehow looks just like mirouku she loses her mind.
Kohaku being the brother he is, puts Sangos mental health above all else and convinces her she imagined all that. There were never a second set of twins. He takes the twins far away where he leaves them in a safe forest from demons but not from fire.
He checks on them and provides for them every couple days, but when he gets there, all he finds is a scared burnt Setsuna. Deciding he can’t leave her alone, he takes her back to the village and tells everyone he found her in the woods and raises her as his own
Hear me out.
InuYasha was not that great of a show. The characters were kind of one dimensional, the masculinity was mad toxic, and their relationships were all based off of abuse of some sort. Heck. Most of the episodes are filler.
Now, what if the reason why we’re all so captivated by the series is because there’s a spell woven into the ending themes.
Most of us have memories of sitting in front of the TV in the middle of the night just absolutely *enraptured* by the ending songs. I don’t know. It’s just insane that this show captured our hearts and minds like 15 years ago and yet it’s something we can’t forget.
Sesshomaru and Rin... is it possible?
So here’s my destructive theory about who Sesshomaru fucked... I think it can’t be Rin.
Sooooooooo the other day I was cleaning my house and had an epiphany.
Setsuna and Towa are twin sisters around 15/16 years old, and are older than Moroha. Or at least they seem ONE or TWO years older top.
So far so good.
BUT WAIT
WHEN THE HELL DID SESSHOUMARU HAD SEX TO HAVE DAUGHTERS BEFORE INUYASHA??????
AND WITH WHO????
So basically I died for a few seconds, when I came back to live I quickly started doing math in mi mind while I was cleaning the floor.
We know Rin has, more o less, 9 years old at the beggining, when Kagome cames back 3 years later she must have around 12.
Kagome is already 18 when she cames back from the modern era.
Okei, 12 and 18. They have wait a few years....5 years? To make it credible.
BUT WAIT
We have the eldest son of Miroku and Sango, and he appears a LITTLEEEE older than the twins, lets suppose 18 tops.
So when Kagome arrives he’s a newborn, meaning....
Rin would have been 14 years old when “having” the twins-
My math could be wrong, I’m not very good at it, but please someone has to follow this logic and tell me if I’m wrong.
SO!
It wouldn’t be irrealistic to think that she still is the mother, considering the feudal era where they live. But I honestly don’t know if Rumiko consider doing that. Or what fucked up logic and timeline did she consider when she out of nowhere give children to Seshhoumaru BEFORE Inuyasha.
In conclusion
I think Rin is not the mother of the Twins. Also there is that red string of hair, something characteristic of some other person or something. Doesn’t seem to come from Sesshoumaru’s side. Although, they are hanyou....
Also, how long did Inuyasha and Kagome wait to have a child? -_- man
And with this theory, I step out.
Enjoy your wrecked brain
