Inverted!Murder, my boy!

I think he's the most simple but interesting out of all, he's more like a patient in Hopeful's(Dream's) positivity production system, what i call it, he's only there to be happy and produce positivity, so he's just a silly little guy hangin' out with his besties.

His memories were blocked by Hopeful, but he can only do that because of the positivity, so if he's to negative he'll remember all the shit he did. He takes pills because the Phantom!Paps wasn't affected so he tries to convince Murder to go back and finish what he started, but Hopeful already took care of DustTale's human so idk how would that work, so the pills makes PhantomPaps go away.

And yeah he speaks Korean.
