For some time now, Bruce had been working with the Avengers team on various missions, mostly saving the world. But he worked closest with Tony. He had given him his life back really, and for that he was eternally grateful. Sometimes he thought Tony was the only one who truly appreciated him as himself, as Bruce. Everyone else kinda wanted the green guy. Tony was also incredibly flirtatious with him, whether in the lab or otherwise. It boosted his esteem, but he knew letting things get out of hand could cause trouble.
Apparently, something big was happening. Tony said he had a project he had started that he wanted Bruce to work on. He just.. didn’t want to share it with the rest of the team. So he suggested they work on it in private, in secret, at one of his private residences. So, out of the city Bruce went, to a home in upper New York. It was rather secluded, and he was glad he had gotten there. It had started snowing during the drive. Figuring he might be there a few days working, he brought his satchel, and an overnight bag. Once parked, he grabbed his things from his car — well, one of Tony’s, and went to the front door. He was bundled up in a jacket and scarf, ringing the doorbell. “ Tony! I’m here. Please open up, it’s freezing out here!”
