I could go on for weeks about Hal and Kyle’s relationship but I think what perfectly summarises what makes it so painful is when Ion Kyle offered to take back all that happened to Hal, the damage he did and the suffering he endured and Spectre Hal responds with Well where does it end? Will you rewrite history for the rest of time? Kyle just says No, I’d just do it for you.
