“One of the Ideas was that all the characters on this card would eventually become characters in the Chaotic game.” - From Emilio Lopez’s blogspot
When Iparu came out of the lake...
"You thought it was Maxxor you threw in, but it was me, Iparu!"
Does Iparu have any "favorite creatures" he likes shape-shifting into?
Iparu: Creatures with allies, or enemies from other tribes. Seeing how they’ll react to me while disguised as their friend or foe as been enlightening. I’ve done this for many solans. Before the Invasion, most of my disguises received hostility from those of the opposite tribe. After, not so much, even after the Perithon. Some creature favorites by name would be Viqtarr, Ghatup, Tassanil, Ultadur--any creature who was on an intertribal commando team during the Invasion. Their reactions have been the most drastically changed towards friendly over time.
As for conversations, I have always kept these to a minimum. It takes time to study, perfect a personality.
Looking at the Nebres card you wouldn’t think it was a massive undert aking, You wouldn't think it took a week of planning and over a month ...
This might have been posted already, but an old blog by E-Mann about Nebres’ creation, and how big of an effort his art actually was.
