Do we think Vex and Percy made mini De Rolo number 6 once they sent Keyleth off to go cuddle with Trinket? She WAS carrying Vesper through all of their insane adventures in the latter part of Campaign 1, including Vex dying, jumping through multiple planes of existence, Swearing an Oath to The Dawnfather, and fighting a literal proto god.
It would be just their luck to conceive RIGHT before entering a battle to save the world where they're fighting aliens from the moon. Where high-level magic and miracles are being flung around and where Vex dies AGAIN! Where she's resurrected by a miracle of The Everlight. That's gotta do weird magic stuff to the baby right?
