What we have here are angus beef Boneless Short Ribs. I like these exactly how I like my women; soft, tender, a hint of garlic, all pinkish and moist on the inside... . ...and a little bit of crust. . salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic, sage, thyme, and rosemary. . Cooked on cast iron stove-top grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Finished off in the oven on 400 degrees for 17 minutes.
