Other than bananas and plain dark greens ( I've tried man) and potassium pills, does anyone know potassium rich stuff? If it helps, I have a tree nut allergy.
Recipes would be nice, any actual help and not saying " look it up" would be lovely. I get muscle cramps constantly. And I try my best to keep up on it but it's hard.
I just been to get some good, nice tasting food. I'm not particularly picky but somewhat. I only have so much energy in a day.
