When we play small, the truth is we expect others to also. "Don't say it that way." "S/he is doing too much." "That's not appropriate." "Who doe S/he think she is?" Fear requires that others don't LOVE you with truth, correction or full expression because "playing small" is OFFENSIVE to you first. Hiding, hurting & hungry for a breakthrough is often the imbalance & #SENSITIVITY of brilliant. (Even me, Lord!)
