literally remembering how when i was a kid i constantly got asked where i was from and told that i had an accent and couldn’t be from the town that i was currently living in. also getting drug dealing jokes told to me and about me and got asked if i was selling coke during ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - which i’m 100% sure was due to the fact that i’m colombian.

I hate how my parents can still guilt trip me into doing anything they want.

We're in quarantine and I've told them a million times that I don't want to move around as I'm scared of being either caught by the cops (I'll have to pay 300€ and I'll lose my plates), or getting sick. God knows how easily I get sick too, especially when it has to do with coughing.

And now, they asked me to join them for lunch, absolutely guilt tripped me until I said yes, which as a consequence made me cry for 30 minutes straight after the call.

So I got in my car and it wouldn't start, and when I called them to tell them that, they asked me to ask my bf to bring me there. When I told them no, cause he'll have to pay the fine if they catch us and it will be worse for him, they shouted at me until I got a cab.

And now I'm worried for the poor cab driver that has to drive me around and for myself .

Fuck. Parents.

Still salty at the people who tried to blame me for my (ex-)best friends forgetting my birthday.

#no i dont think i shouldve reminded them if i didnt want to celebrate but just wanted to have the dinner /they/ planned on that day #do not think its fair to say either that i shouldve said i did want to meet when the first one started to bail #because i was super busy with experiments that day at my internship and just wanted to finish in time to have dinner with them #and they also could have known because 8 prior i ranted about world cup soccer matches being on my birthday and i dont like it #and the actual date was mentioned #several times #im so salty!#not that anyone reads the tags though #or my posts #but still #i need to rant #iris rants #and ill probably delete this #because its been half a year #more even #i should be over it #but were still sorta fighting. or just weird #(is there a limit to the number of tags you can use on a post?)
