This finely fashioned message appears on the verso of several leaves of a catalogue by Mackenzie Bros., Architectural & General Ironfounders,of the Edinburgh Foundry, Slateford Road, Edinburgh, and the Gilmore Park Foundry, Fountainbridge.  no date {prob. c.1900] but these pages seem to derive from an earlier period in the firm's history
