this photo is unrelated to the invaluable piece of information that I am about to share with y'all. - do not read it if the thought of blood makes you uncomfortable or anything like that - so, my nose was itchy last night and I scratched the inside of my left nostril and it started gushing blood. Like, SO MUCH BLOOD. My immediate reaction was to grab a tissue and just hold it there and wait for the bleeding to stop but it was bleeding so much that it started to come down my throat??? Like I could taste blood in my mouth so I leaned forward and then blood started coming out my right nostril and I started to panic and I ended up sitting there with tissues shoved up both my nostrils for like 5 minutes and there was so much blood omg it was horrific. But yeah, I just wanted to share that.

I've had my Rainbows (a pair of leather flip flop that were popular in the mid-late 00s. And yes I know this is showing I'm a millennial) in my suitcase since July that I've never unpacked. I've been wearing crocs around the house and to short jaunts instead. Well I put these bad boys on yesterday and they feel so damn hard on my feet. They're also chafing between my toes. I've never experienced this before. I've been wearing Rainbows without break since like 2007 until this year and now they're so uncomfy. I think my calluses have healed 😞
