"A fan tweeted that there are no bad pictures of Calum and he responded with a picture of Conchita Wurst, aka the winner of this year’s Eurovision and a huge figure in the transgender community. Conchita does not identify as transgender as she is the female persona of a gender fluid man who performs in drag. But this is still highly offensive to the LGBT community, most specifically the transgender community because she is a huge icon to that community and has helped so many people struggling with who they are and their sexualities. It was so offensive that he tweeted it because what he did by tweeting it was make a joke of Conchita, like “it’s okay to belittle the transgender community by tweeting this because after all it is just a joke” when there are so many other things he could have tweeted without using the picture of another person. They preach so much about loving all of their fans and how everyone is beautiful, but he just offended an entire community of people from their fanbase with that picture. 

Then there’s the fact that he deleted the tweet without an apology, he clearly either saw tweets about it being offensive or someone told him that it was offensive and he deleted it without a word. He should have apologised for it straight off. It’s just making me so mad how fans are brushing it off like it’s nothing when it’s clearly offended so many people, like just because something isn’t personally offensive to you doesn’t mean it’s not personally offensive to others.”

for anyone worrying, I doubt the presale will be on Monday because that's no enough advanced notice. I feel like dates and all will be announced in the newsletter and general sale tickets will go on Friday, because that's how this stuff normally works so the presale will begin either Wednesday and finish late on Thursday or it will be all day Thursday until general sale goes on admission. The newsletter will probably include a link to the presale also. Idk if this helped anyone but yeah

i totally agree with you omg i know this girl who will reply to comments hours or even days later so her photos will appear on the facebook newsfeed again and she's literally told me "i deleted this picture because it didn't get enough likes" "i want more comments will you go like my profile pic so it can go on the newsfeed again?" it's ridiculous when people are thirsty for compliments and tbh it pisses me off

yeah it pisses me off too but it's not even the point, i just added that there are two types of people and i wanted to focus on the first one, the people that aren't accepting themselves bc i know how shitty it feels and i just wish people could realize how good looking they are and stop hating themselves you know
