It baffles me how people can just. Lie still in bed. I didn't know untill now that people don't really move before they fall alseep?? I though it was normal to keep shifting around.
Only now that I have roommates did it strike me that it's not as usual as I thought. How the fuck are you doing that?? I have to keep shifting positions every other minute and flexing my toes or moving my hands or SOMETHING.
