i still think this is the best fic i’ve ever written:

Dean and Cas pop out of The Empty together but not quite whole, they are alive and breathing but Cas is missing a wing and Dean's eyes are black—but not black like a demon's.

He thought saving Cas from The Empty would be easy. Just open the portal, grab him and go, but it's never that easy because why would it be?

i’ve got a pretty big multi chapter fic plotted out for a fandom i’m no longer in, but i rly want to do something with it bc i love the story a lot, however, the only ships from the fandoms i’m in that it would fit would be reddie or stozier, so, is there interest for them? would anyone actually care to read it?

basic overview is: character a (either eddie or stan) is a kindergarten teacher, character b (richie) is a high school dropout working to make ends meet by working for a gang, they’ve got a kid in CA’s class from a former relationship, and they’re doing everything they can to make their little girl’s future better than theirs. but, things go south unexpectedly and they have to take off with the kid to save them both, but bc CB’s nosy, he gets wrapped up in it and has to run with them. it’s basically a road trip au with added angst and a shitton of slowburn cliches bc i’m a sucker for them. it’s got a lot about CA’s past in it, and it’s canon divergent from either fandom, bc CA was a foster kid who ran away, but otherwise, i could edit it to put forth any personality as long as the base personality is snarky and rough around the edges, and CB could rly be anything as long as they don’t take CA’s shit and are good with kids

i’ve got to make a few changes to the actual plot before writing it, but i don’t want to do that bc it’s a lot of effort if there’s no interest in a fic like that, bc it’s 17 chapters as plotted and i’d have to edit a lot of it to fit any pairing.

that being said, if you know of any pairing other than the aforementioned that would fit the story, i’d love to know bc i might be able to adapt it to them, instead, those are just the first to come to mind based on the story.

but if you could do me a favor and tell me if you’d be interested in the story or what pairing you think would be best, that would be absolutely amazing and i’d love you forever

also on a side note, if you know what richie’s child would be named, i’d love suggestions. currently the name is alexa but i’d like to change it to fit richie specifically, esp if it has some relevance to his past relationships
