The Philippines has been hit by another typhoon right after the strongest super-typhoon ever recorded in history and this has been the aftermath on some of the provinces. CAGAYAN AND ISABELA IN PHILIPPINES NEED HELP!

International moots, this is what is happening in the Philippines as of November 14, 2020. An entire city is sinking due to Typhoon Ulysses. Residents haven't been evacuated completely. Houses are destroyed. The number of deaths are still unknown because responders are outnumbered. Bodies are literally floating!! The PH national government (the president is MIA) has not made any plan on what to do about this so Filipino citizens are helping on their own.
