Isabelle gets shot in the shoulder. Bullet exits out her back/shoulder blade. She is fully clothed and sitting in a chair. She is using a bowl of water to clean her wound. Daryl wasn't even in the room, he was going around on a little goodbye tour 👋🏻and interrupts her. She asks him if he can wash off the wound on her back she can't reach. He runs the sponge over it. That's it. Lasts about 5 seconds. 😐Then he leaves.
IMO The scene was really another chance for Isabelle to mention home and cut to Daryl making his sad face. 😥™️
