Is it true Daryl sees Isabelle naked in the bath? And he washes her back?

Where in the world did that come from? The telephone game of spoiler leaks out there be crazy!

Isabelle gets shot in the shoulder. Bullet exits out her back/shoulder blade. She is fully clothed and sitting in a chair. She is using a bowl of water to clean her wound. Daryl wasn't even in the room, he was going around on a little goodbye tour 👋🏻and interrupts her. She asks him if he can wash off the wound on her back she can't reach. He runs the sponge over it. That's it. Lasts about 5 seconds. 😐Then he leaves.

IMO The scene was really another chance for Isabelle to mention home and cut to Daryl making his sad face. 😥™️
