Our second session is on antifascism. Lots of talk of the effect the crisis of the SWP is having on UAF and how that has clarifying for people the huge problems of UAF strategy in combating fascism. Comrades are also discussing the positive rise of more militant antifascist networks and how we should be involved in these if we want effective resistance.
And so the IS Network conference is off to a great start with discussion around the need for a rank and file trade union strategy.
Why yes, of course I think that had four in the morning on little sleep is just a simply swell time to start writing a contribution for the IS Network Pre-Conference Bulletin. Let's think of it less as the Hemmingway school of write drunk/edit sober and more of the Wagner school of write exhausted/edit freshly recharged.
