Cannot overstate the cowardice of redesigning the females of Vilgax's species from looking virtually indistinguishable from Vilgax himself to looking like cute waifu squidgirls with human sexual characteristics?

The Rooters retcon is messy and doesn't make sense in places but I still prefer Kevin being a mutant over an alien. Everything interesting on Earth being aliens makes the world feel smaller. Earth should have its own weird shit going on in addition to the aliens. Plus if Osmosians are aliens Ben can just scan Aggregor, become a genetically optimal Osmosian and Kevin loses something unique he bring to the group.
