Turned out Tarkin’s ISD Executrix was created in Legends by none other than James Luceno 😂 of all the names one could give to a ship, was it a pure coincidence that a feminine counterpart of Vader’s ship was picked by the only Legends author to depict a respectful and mutually beneficial relationship between Vader and Tarkin when everyone else was aiming for nothing but hostility, the same author who wrote his first Canon book around the idea of Palps playing matchmaker for these two? 🤔 I think the answer is very clear:
James Luceno is Palpatine.
James Luceno is secretly the original Vadarkin shipper 🤣 he invented the ship (pun intended).
