what would happen if carmine was send to hisui instead of Kieran?
It would be revealed that the real reason we don't know who Melli's descendant is is because Carmine killed him.

Some more crossover doodles for both the Kaijumorpha au and the Jurassicverse!
Aus here are:
Team buddy au by Mr Buddy
The Pokemon fossil fighters au by @salon-maiden-anabel
Isecarmine au and the Eternatus Gloria by @pokemonblack3white3
Were-Dugga and Warden Drayton (the fact I unintentionally made Drayton a warden is so strange to me lmao) by @laststation2hisui
The kaijumorpha au and the Jurassicverse (Saurian, and the four other Dinos in the bottom right corner of the second image) are by me.
I love how both Kieran and Carmine choose Rowlet hoping for that grass/ghost typing, only to be suckerpunched (emotionally) by the Hisuian form
IM GLAD I THOUGHT I WAS REALLY FUNNY FOR THAT.
What if Isecarmine gets dragged into the present somehow? I can tell that she'll completely rush into Sinnoh after being told so and she'll probably lose it over various people and landmarks kinda like how Isekeiran when he was introduced to the battle mechanics.
Actually funny as hell to consider carmine having the equal but opposite time coming back into the present. Has to relearn how to do doubles. Carmine its illegal to use that move twice in a row. Carmine is that arceus
I had like this idea which relates to both the Hisuian Kieran and Carmine AUs which if they like struggle somehow with the catching mechanics, they can like do some target practice to get better, sometimes while wearing a blindfold. Do you think smth like this can work or I'm steering off a bit?
WOW actually I was just thinking about something like this?? So in a fic i read once it brought up the idea of modern pokeballs having like an auto-aiming feature (hisui pokeballs don't have this) and while I still think the experience Carmine and Kieran have catching pokemon still gives them an advantage, Carmine's bangs cover most of her face and in Kieran's version of the au he sustains a pretty bad injury to his dominant arm (it's why he still wears his glove, to help with grip). It is definitely a struggle for them both. Carmine probably starts putting her hair up like Akari at some point to help.
Around when does the Isekeiran and Isecarmine AUs happen and what are their plots in both the past and presents? You already kinda explained the former one but I'm curious about the latter since if it happens just after the Teal Mask, then I don't think Kiki will be bothered to search for Carmine since he knows what she did to him...
I'm still tweaking stuff so all of this is subject to change but here's what I have so far:
kieran gets zapped after losing to the MC but before going to area zero (hence him having the Master ball). Originally I had him not having a smartphone on hand but I think I've decided that he was so out of it that he accidentally grabbed drayton's bag and it was drayton's phone that got turned into the arc phone. Kieran keeps his memories and is put through the most stressful thing that has ever happened to him at his lowest point and without the pokemon he worked so hard to train. He's scrambling to figure out what's going on and build his strength back up again and gets a pretty brutal reality check not from terapagos but from bloodmoon ursaluna. Mostly, he's just going through the plot of PLA with an extra helping of getting his shit together. By the end when he confronts arceus and arceus offers kieran its companionship (which like the god of all pokemon, should be everything kieran wants at the point he's dropped off in hisui) kieran just asks to go home instead. I know previously I said he goes back around the pecharunt story but shhhh forget about that i had another idea. in the present day part of this story carmine+company find out where kieran is from one of perrin's photos passed down from adaman, and they actively start searching for a way to get to him, and this is where terapagos comes in. Using terapagos's power, theyre able to meet kieran halfway.
I dont have an exact spot pinned down for when carmine gets isekai'd, mostly because it's a little less important because she does lose her memories. At first she hates hisui and being shoved into the whole hero thing by a stupid mysterious voice and a mysterious phone (does carmine have a smartphone i forget. If not she's borrowing amarys's). By the end of the PLA storyline, though, unlike kieran, carmine is not actively trying to go home. She has some vague memories and feelings from her original home, but she's come to really care for the people of hisui, and is fine with making it her new home. She accepts arceus's offer of its companionship. and okay I know kieran is kind of in his feelings about the whole everything post teal mask BUT I do think he would still be like really really really scared if his sister up and dissappeared one day. He+company find out where she is the same way (perrin's photo) and get to her the same way, only to find that she's an amnesiac and not nearly as concerned with getting home as they are for her. And also she's friends with God. I'm not sure how that whole deal pans out just yet.
Okay I'm so glad you agree because like. How tragic dude!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN he needs to either to get over the betrayal and learn to trust the pokemon again or he has to sit and suffer in silence and somehow cope with his sister being RIGHT THERE with him in this completely different world, except that she doesn't know him and all the familiar comfort he may have had from her presence is now rotten and burned away into an icy, sour pain. A loneliness that was almost soothed, almost lifted, even just slightly! But now it's worse. Its his sister, there's no doubt about it. Her appearance, her voice, or mannerisms. But hes not her brother. At least, she doesn't think so. And with Carmine's zoroark being as cuddly and friendly as you say it is, I can only imagine it wants to help out in some way. But Kieran just can't allow himself to let it get close enough, can't handle the panic that its mere presence instills
RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT. OK AND LIKE. I never mentioned this before but the isecarmine "zoroark encounter"/how she met her zorua is that it reached into the memories she had locked away and like. Picked out whatever fractures it could and disguised itself as Kieran (generally from more prominent moments in carmine's memories, the first time zorua approaches her it's as Kieran looked at their parents' funeral). And carmine doesn't know who this kid is that her new partner is disguising himself as and it's driving her NUTS. I think in terms of isecombine they look similar enough that they know there's obviously SOME connection between the two, but even so carmine doesn't KNOW Kieran anymore and Kieran is NOT helping the situation at all.
Okay, but the potential angst of Carmine only remembering Kieran when his hair is pulled back is superb, because what do you mean she only recognises the past version of him? I know Kieran would be crisising over that
OK I WAS REALLY CONFUSED FOR A LITTLE BIT THERE. DW I won't hit you w rocks thanks for coming back lmao. YEAH there is something to Carmine kind of just brushing off how upset Kieran was at the end of Teal mask and assuming what was going on in the Indigo Disk was just a "phase." And then actually crying with relief after Kieran says he's finally letting this whole thing go. Girl wants the old Kieran back almost as bad as drayton does.
