Maybe you can draw about Kris introducing Chicago and CK to the Dark World for the first time? Also just thinking that Ralsei isnt in the Dark World because his Light form might be a pen and Kris has been using it for college. Just maybe
Honestly that could be a whole dang comic.
Instead, I will draw scenes from it happening in story, from chapter 11.
Have some sketchbook doodles and a botched attempt at the "Welcome to Castle Town" scene that was ruined by me struggling to draw Chicago from the back.
I'm still not exactly sure where Ralsei is and I likely won't know for certain until we get the rest of the game. I kept him out of the story because I don't know what's gonna happen and how Deltarune is going to end or how it'll relate to Ralsei. I know since this is an AU, I could honestly do anything but I wanna see what happens first.
That being said, I'd love to hear your theories! I can't say if Ralsei is a pen (though that mental image is very funny), and if I'm being honest I thought he was the red headband and/or green crayon. Or maybe a plushie. Or maybe some manifestation of Asriel! I mean, they do seem to be linked and, in Ish, Ralsei was Asriel's DM NPC during the campaign. Azzie's Dark World form for a time looked like Ralsei and it's possible it still does. I know I have a plan for Azzie in the Dark World posing as Ralsei during the Halloween arc that'll come after we're done with the Dark World arc.
Keep thinking of Chicago wanting to learn magic because he feels bad Spamton is always using the F1 Heal Deals on the kid and Chicago wants to be able to return the favor.
One day he just kicks down the door to Papyrus's office like, "Papa! I need to learn healing magic!"
"NYEH!? I-IS SOMEONE HURT?"
"N-No? I just... I wanna learn healing magic..."
"OH."
And so Papyrus teaches him.
Does spamton try to make sure the hot spots and Chicago don’t end up like his old group
Spamton is... weary of the Hot Spots. Those kids are so... similar, to the Addisons. Not just in appearance, but also in how some of them act. Taffy is flirtatious and ambitious. As well as kind and sweet, even if their friends annoy him. Neil is blunt and can be rather cold. Blaze is energetic and loves fashion. Blane is loud and a little bit of a douche. Plus off course there's these kids' ambition and enthusiasm for advertising.
However Chicago? Spamton definitely doesn't want Chicago ending up like he did. Chicago reminds Spamton of itself when it was younger. Shy, anxious, bad at advertising. The tiny black (or, white I guess) sheep of his friend group. Chicago feels small and tiny compared to his friends. He goes along with this whole influencer thing because his friends seem to like it. Even if he's not any good at it, they seem so enthusiastic and maybe, just maybe, if he just keeps on trying, he'll eventually get better at it.
Spamton's seen this before, because it was him! It knows what will (or at least what could) happen, and it scares him! It scares him to death. Chicago is Spamton's friend now, it would never want this sweet and kind little kid to go through everything its gone through. So what can he do to stop that from happening? To stop Chicago from making the mistakes it did? Well, one is warning the kid, either directly or indirectly. However the other option, is to keep an eye and ear out to try and prevent Chicago from taking the call...
