Character Design Shenanigans
If you don't know anything about me, I'm literally just a huge nerd for character design and I love every aspect of it.
I took a bunch of robots and asked my friends which one shall be my victim to do character study on and they picked #2.
It came out recently but, it was Isingoma, really love his design and flow because it's so unique compared to a lot of other kinds of robot characters. :D
So I wanted to draw him, not just out of boredom but because he's fun to draw too and it gives me a little time to fully understand his character design choices.
Kind of mixed between both his canon design and his beta design, just because I liked aspects from both of them.
What a silly cattle herder.
Combined some elements and then attempted others, as there were parts where he was bulky but then it got changed to be slimmer. I did end up using mostly the sketch designs though just because I like their simplicity and fluidity. It's nice!
He also wears decorative items which I find really fascinating! As ai characters in fiction rarely do that when they aren't wearing any other type of clothing item :)
close up of the drawings of him ^^
Isingoma (again)
I relented and did his herder outfit ‼️
Mightve accidentally made it a bit higher than usual as I tried basing it a bit off of traditional Ugandan cattle herding outfits as well! :)
(I am mostly assuming he is Ugandan as he speaks both Lango and Swahili in the short, correct me if I am wrong though please!)
Outfits like this one specifically as it resembled the original the most ^^
