Soooooooo….Varka and Cora huh? What’s their story?👀😏

How do they meet?

yes!! Varka and Cora!! they joined the Knights roughly at the same time and shared classes together!

since Varka claimed in the AQ that he struggled with his history classes then, i imagined Cora would be assigned to be his tutor for a short while and their friendship just pretty much hit it off from there!

Inazuman-Sumerian descent?! CORA?!? BRUH! Now that is INTERESTING! Which side did she get it from though?!

And also, I am curious of how she got her VISION! I mean, almost every characters here have their story of how they got their vision!

Cora got it from her Mother's side! with her maternal grandfather coming from Sumeru.

as for how she got her Hydro vision, i wrote it in a manner where it was actually quite lackluster- she was prepping for her first mission as an official Knight and was anxiously thinking where the "oceans of Teyvat" would take her and her vision just appeared on her desk, as if it was just a good luck charm!

How does she interact with the Traveler and Paimon?

I'm sorry, I'm just excited to see another fellow Genshin Impact player! And it has been SUCH a long time that I've played that game!

AAAA i have a few i can share!! this is Cora everybody! she's my Genshin OC/Yumesona!

she's a noblewoman from Mondstadt and the Captain of Foreign Relations of the Knights- meaning she's always travelling, acting as an Envoy of the Land of Freedom.

Cora's best friends with Varka and they've been so since they both started out in the Knights (in my head, Varka's 40 while Cora's 35.) she's considered to be the Mother of the Knights; emitting a stern but caring attitude to everyone.

despite her kind-hearted nature, Cora is distrustful of strangers. when they met in Sumeru, though aware that the Traveler is an Honorary Knight, she refused to work with them until they proved himself to her. but she eventually extends her doting self to the Traveler soon after.

she's also a Hydro vision wielder and a Polearm user! while she's born and raised in Mondstadt, Cora is also of Inazuman-Sumerian descent.

OH OH OH, okay!! I GOTCHU TARO 1) Alhaitham - he's so pretty and so very nonchalant that it makes him so endearing! he's the first Genshin character i made an excel file so i can keep track of all the materials he needed for ascension LMAO (he reminds me a lot of Tsukishima from Haikyuu too ehe)

2) Varka - i would've put him on #1 but i wanna play his story by tomorrow's 6.4 update first. i'd say that i've always been waiting for him since i've always been curious how he'd looked like and when he popped out in Nod Krai?? OH LORD I FELL IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY

3) Ei - i loved her lore and backstory!! i remember that she was released during the pandemic and i pulled for her while attending my online class. i got her in the first few 10 pulls i did. I STILL USE HER TO THIS DAY, MWAHHH

my honorable mentions would be Diluc, Kaeya, Jean. i'm a little biased since i love Mondstadt so much and i'm STILL building the trio even though i barely use them nowadays. oh also Eula! BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE HER GRRRRRR

How FUNNY will your OCs find of Nigel yelling Scotland when he’s upset?

I mean, he is part Scottish. Got it from his mom and he was raised by her in the state. So you could’ve imagined how much he could say in his Scottish language whenever he’s upset or excited about! What do they think of that?

Honestly, they would lightly chuckle if he ever yelled in his Scottish accent.

They would probably decipher what he means by that when he might be venting or talking while being excited, but they'll even learn phrases or words to understand the accent.. so yeah!
