          gonzo hadn’t really known what to expect with an auradon valentines ball, and while there were things that had bothered him ( who put gold on food? ), being able to see the crew dressed up and having fun, dancing, talking or just overall being together in one place had set any nerves or anxieties he had about his arrival at ease. between the champagne and the music, gonzo felt swept up in the moment until he was reminded of the weight of the pendant resting inside of his shirt. after reading the harry might be in the hedge maze, gonzo set out, muting his phone as he went to ignore the familiar teases.

he wandered through the hedge maze absently, every corner making him uneasy for a time until he dropped all pretenses and called out.    “    harry !  are  you  in  here ?    ”

Inside Harriet's room is a small model ship on a stand, its sails replaced with chips of sea glass. Beneath the stand of the ship is a piece of folded paper, a note that simply says 'happy birthday, harriet. love, harry'

          “    harry  hook !  you  sit  back  down  right  now !  i’m  not  done  with  you.    ”    noelani scolded furiously from where she was crouched down to rummage through the clinci’s cupboards. she pointed to her first mate in what she hoped was an authoritive manner, he may give the orders on a day-to-day basis but when one was a patient at her docks clinic then it was noelani who was in charge. she found what she was looking for, a small glass flask of blue absolem. she pushed herself back up to her feet and returned to harry’s side to inspect the wound on his arm.    “    harry,    ”    noelani all but whined,   “    how  long  have  you  had  this ?    ”

She knew that Harry would be on the ship, as she asked a couple of the pirates while on her way back to her cottage. Audrey had been quite busy for the day, there were things she was bringing over from Auradon for the children and she had a shipment of food that she needed to double check to make sure everything was there.

The pirate princess even made sure that she brought over some new swords for Harry and the crew. They were handmade by the best smiths around the land and it was the big surprise she had been working on for some time now.

Since she had been spending so much time in Auradon, she was dressed the part even though she was used to wearing what the pirates did, so when she made her way onto the ship, she grasped her skirts with one hand and stepped over some of the ropes and barrels on her way to Harrys quarters. Audrey didn't bother knocking, but she did shut the door behind her as she made her way to him and dropped onto his lap, one leg on either side of his hips and her arms over his shoulders. "Hi." is all she said before she nosed and brushed her lips to his.
