Workout Terminology
Superset: two exercises back to back
S1: 10 x push up + 10 x pull up + rest
Compound: exercise that targets more than one muscle group
Squat, deadlift, pull up, overhead press, etc.
Isolation: exercise that targets one muscle group
Bicep curl, tricep kickback, calf raise
AMRAP: “as many reps as possible” for a given exercise
AMRAP push up + AMRAP pull up
