🍿 Max Reps Match Game 🍿 Superset these 2 moves for a great way to attack the chest/shoulders/triceps – we are talking basic barbell bench press and pushups. Here is the setup: Pick a load for the bench press that you can get a good volume of reps in (15 or more minimum at least for set 1) 185lbs show here on Bench Press Complete Max Bench Press Reps -once you fatigue or fail immediately move into pushups with the goal of matching the same reps of pushups you hit on the bench press. Rest for 90 seconds and repeat for 4 total cycles of this – my rep numbers looked like this per round. 5 minute treadmill warmup each minute increase the resistance and the speed + 20 inchworms
Super Set 1
• 3x12 hammer curls
•3x10 step ups to high knee (each leg)
Super Set 2
• 3x15 Glute Bridges
• 3x10 Leg raises
Super Set 3
• 3x15 triceps extensions
•3x10 goblet squats
Super Set 4 (heavier set)
• 4x7 Bicep Curl
•4x7 Tricep Extensions
Finisher
• leg Press drop sets with legs together and legs apart (with toes pointed outward)
Still adjusting to the switch from CrossFit to Onnit workouts. I don’t miss the barbell, and these are longer efforts overall, which is definitely a positive.

a) 30 seconds dual kettlebell alternating lunges
b) 40 seconds single kettlebell Cossack squats

a) 30 seconds dual kettlebell sumo deadlifts
b) 40 seconds single kettlebell chest swings

a) 30 seconds dual kettlebell front squats
b) 40 seconds single kettlebell single leg hip raises

a) 30 seconds dual kettlebell alternating reverse lunges
b) 40 seconds single kettlebell curtsy lunges
