Training 22nd July 2015
Back day with my personal trainer today. It was okay, my back is a weak area for me, so I find it harder to train. Also, I struggle with isolation exercises - it’s a different concept to the big lifts, so it’s a challenge.
But I can tell my back will be sore tomorrow, so although the weights I use for isolation aren’t very heavy, they’re clearly doing something.
Also, I still can’t find my pre-workout. Hopefully once I clean out my car it’ll show up, otherwise I’ve left it at the gym, and I very much doubt it will have been handed into staff.
