These super healthy protein pikelets will make you go for more! Packed with protein goodness that even the kids will enjoy!
1 scoop vegan protein powder
To serve: 1/4 cup berries (optional)
To serve: 1 tsp nut butter (optional)
Whisk milk, mashed banana and egg together in a small bowl.
Gently tip the oats in, chia seeds, cinnamon and protein powder together with the wet ingredients. Mix til smooth.
Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat and brush with a little melted butter. Drop tablespoonful of the mixture into the pan and cook for half a minute or until bubbles appear on the surface.
Turn over and cook other side for 1 minute until golden.
Allow to cool and serve with berries and nut butter.
